Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order for skin care clients is $250 with a minimum reorder of $250. For gift shops and retails stores or min opening order is $150 and reorder is $100.
How does the 30-day Guarantee work?
We offer a guarantee to your retail client that if they try the product for 30-day and do not like it they can get a full return. This helps you sell more products, if someone is unhappy with their products simple take the returned product call your representative and they will be able to guide you through the steps of getting you a credit for your account.
Are refunds available if I don't use any of the products?
Unfortunately, since we only offer the freshest and highest quality products available and manufacture directly for your needs we DO NOT offer any refunds on products order. This policy is protection for you, as well as, our other clients giving you piece of mind that you are working with the highest and best quality products on the market.
How long does it take to process my order?
Initial orders can take form 6-8 weeks to be deliver, this is due to the fact that we manufacture your products on demand with our lab in Vancouver, Canada, shipped to South Carolina where it is packaged for sale and ship to your location. Re-order times are 4-6 week.
Do you offer support for the products?
New skin care product wholesale clients receive 90 minutes phone consultations and full knowledge manual with all skin care protocols, white sheets on products, and client interview forms.

Can I buy just professional quality products and no retail products?
